What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for our wholesale rates, we require a minimum order value of $500 or at least 20 units per style across any size distribution.
How long does shipping take for bulk inventory?
Standard wholesale orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international freight may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Can I request samples before placing a large volume order?
Yes, we offer sample packs for all our fashion lines. Samples are charged at a premium rate, which is fully credited back to your account upon placing a bulk order exceeding $1,000.
What is your return policy for wholesale fashion items?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of bulk distribution, we do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change-of-mind purchases.
Do you offer private labeling or custom branding?
We provide relabeling services for orders exceeding 500 units per style. This includes tag removal, heat-press branding, and custom hang-tag attachment.
What payment methods do you accept for bulk transactions?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers (ACH/Swift). For established partners with a proven credit history, we also offer Net-30 payment terms.
